Austin Scarsella joined My Puget Sound Homes in 2017, beginning his career in residential real estate as a Buyer’s Specialist before transitioning into the Listing Department, where he worked closely with sellers.
In 2019, Austin completed the education required to obtain his Managing Broker’s license and expanded his focus into commercial real estate, bringing a well-rounded perspective to both residential and commercial transactions. He has been a licensed member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) since 2020 and is now primarily focused on commercial real estate.
A lifelong resident of the Puget Sound region, Austin has a deep appreciation for the lifestyle and diversity the area offers. He grew up in a family-owned commercial business, where he learned the importance of precision, accountability, and running a business with intention. His early experience in the culinary industry, managing purchasing for a local culinary school further strengthened his organizational skills and understanding of leadership, operations, and negotiation.
Austin is especially skilled at understanding client needs and matching them with opportunities that align with both immediate goals and long-term strategy. His approach is thoughtful and detail-oriented, centered on helping clients find the right fit for today while planning confidently for the future.
