Cheryl Dennis is the Founder and CEO of My Puget Sound Homes (MPSH), where she leads with vision, discernment, and a commitment to long-term value for clients and agents. We believe that real estate should be guided by purpose, integrity, and thoughtful decision-making, especially during life’s most significant transitions.
A longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Cheryl has been immersed in real estate her entire life….with a father that was a builder. Her background spans residential sales, new construction, design, and real estate investment. She is also a State Certified Real Estate Instructor and an Accredited Staging Professional, reflecting her commitment to education, preparation, and elevating the client experience.
Since partnering with Dan Dennis in 1999, Cheryl has focused on building a strong, values-driven organization. As the team leader, she aligns people, processes, and opportunities to create clarity, consistency, and lasting impact—for clients, the team, and the communities they serve.
Cheryl is known for her decisive leadership, and ability to see both the immediate details and the long-term picture. She remains deeply grateful for the trust placed in her and the relationships built over decades of service.
